New Development Fees - Preview

The decision is in 1 Week - 06/28/22

As you may be aware, the City is considering increasing fees for new development water and sewer tie-ins. These increases could come into effect as soon as mid-July, and would mostly impact residential development.

For example, the current fee for hooking up a 4BR, 3/4" Meter is about $1,600. If these increases are approved, that fee would increase to ~ $9,000.

The full budget fee schedule is below. As you can see, the proposed increases are significant. We encourage you to take a look and provide any feedback you may have before the final decision is made in one week.
